Do you offer refunds or exchanges?

In the unlikely event that there is a defect with your jewellery when you receive it, you may return it to us within 5 working days of receiving the item. Please contact Ritu via email on rituv1986@gmail.com to submit returns request, referencing your order number, full name and a brief description of the defect.

Please note we do not accept returns on jewellery due to hygiene, however exceptions are made if an item is defected.
